By accessing or using Sociro, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

Sociro integrates with the following platforms via their official APIs:

• Facebook & Instagram (Meta)
• X (Twitter)
• LinkedIn
• TikTok
• Pinterest
• Threads
• YouTube
• Google My Business

You must comply with each platform's Terms of Service and community guidelines when using Sociro to publish content. Sociro is not responsible for content removed or accounts suspended by third-party platforms.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must not use Sociro to post fraudulent, illegal, or harmful content.
• You must not use Sociro to violate any third-party platform policies.
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Sociro platform.

You retain ownership of any content you create and publish through Sociro. By using our service, you grant Sociro a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and transmit your content to connected social platforms.

All Sociro branding, logos, code, and proprietary technology remain the property of Sociro.

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
• You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your account settings.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact [email protected] for billing inquiries.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price increase takes effect.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or third-party platform policies.

You may cancel your account at any time from Settings. On cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days before deletion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sociro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Sociro in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
