How an article is written and checked
- 1Sam writes itEach guide starts from a real question people ask about social media, scheduling or our tools, and is written by the person who builds the product.
- 2Steps are done in the productWhen an article says what Sociro or one of our free tools does, that step is carried out in the product itself, not written from memory.
- 3Alina checks itBefore an article is published it is read against the product and its claims are checked. Anything that cannot be confirmed is removed or said to be unconfirmed.
- 4It is kept up to datePlatforms change their rules and limits. When one does, the article is corrected and its date changes.
What we hold ourselves to
- We only describe features that are live in Sociro today.
- Facts about another platform are checked against that platform where we can, and we say so when a fact is not confirmed.
- Comparisons with other tools use their published plans and features, and we say what Sociro does not do.
